Couples therapy provides a safe and efficient platform, focusing on restoring connection and trust while improving communication and problem solving. This can be a practical and effective means towards relational growth and healing.  While working with couples, I focus on creating a therapeutic environment in order to reach honesty, intimacy, connection and communication. 

 Family therapy provides a unique opportunity to bring the entire family system together in order to cope with many different problems and situations. Oftentimes, an individual family member may be identified as having the problem, yet it is likely that the entire family system is affected.  While working with families, we focus on creating a safe and therapeutic environment in order to achieve healthy interactions, growth and healing. 

Mind, Body & Spirit

In my many years of clinical experience working with children, families, trauma victims and the like,  I realized traditional therapy sometimes is not enough for families to fully heal. 

 The mind, body and spirit are interconnected. Although we tend to think of them as having distinct attributes, the spiritual view holds that this triad represents the wholeness of our being. 

Ascending Solutions treatment is derived from systemic and holistic theory and practice. As a holistic healer, I intergrate traditional mental health with alternative holistic healing interventions and techniques. 

Holistic services include Reiki, mindfulness meditation, sound therapy, inner child work, chakra balancing and spiritual counseling, Also as an intuitive healer, all sessions are personalized to your spiritual needs. Contact me for a spiritual consultation.

Marriage Preparation is an educational and psychotherapeutic process where a couple accesses their relationship strengths and challenges. We believe marriage preparation is a powerful investment that doesn’t just focus on the longevity of marriage, but also on building a fulfilling, intimate and close relationship that enriches the lives of both partners.

Marriage preparation provides couples with the opportunity to take a candid look at their relationship and future together. Couples often consider future plans such as roles within the relationship, family planning, financial strategizing, communication styles, and family history.

This is a 8-10 week course. The couple will receive a certificate of completion which can be used for a discount when applying for marriage license. Pre-Marital courses are also offered to churches and organizations.
