• Practice treatments on self and others
• How to use and practice from the Hayashi Healing Guide
• Learn about the philosophy, purpose and vision of the International Center for Reiki Training.

• the Usui Sensei’s intuitive method of hand placement
• Self-healing techniques
• practice in giving a full Reiki treatment
• Japanese Healing Techniques
• the official Reiki I &II manual from the International Center for Reiki Training
