Each month, we gather in sacred virtual space — a free 60-minute workshop designed to bring awareness, and education around the cycles of codependency and the dynamics of family systems.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or deepening your understanding, these workshops offer practical tools, spiritual insight, and a community of kindred souls walking the same path.
