 Dr. Tawanda Spaulding is the founder and CEO of Ascending Solutions LLC. She created this practice because she understood the importance of healing the mind and healing the soul, which ultimately heals the body. She has devoted over 20 years of her passion to working with individuals, families, and couples from a systemic perspective. Dr. Spaulding holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a Ph.D. in Human Services. She is a Reiki Master and Teacher from  the International Center for Reiki Training (Dr. Usui and Holy Fire), in addition to Reiki I, II, and Advanced Practitioner training through the Loving Touch Center. Lastly, she is a Certified Intuitive Medium and Spiritual Counselor through Delphi University.

As one of the top holistic counselors at Ascending Solutions LLC, Dr. Spaulding also specializes in professional holistic coaching and consulting throughout the United States, while conducting Reiki training and mentorship.  She takes pride in helping others release, heal, and manifest their true desires through exploration, creation, and transformation.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience! I believe that each soul on this earthly plane has a purpose and often we wander through this lifetime confused and frustrated because we are not living out that purpose. We are all connected and my purpose is to see each individual as a symbolic entity of me... (when I hurt we all hurt and when I win we all win). Therefore, I am nothing without others, as my desire is to help others see their true potential so they can be the very best versions of themselves! When this occurs, the love and healing vibrational energy begin to expand, and love conquers everything!

With over 16 years of clinical experience,  I will demonstrate to you there is nothing that stands in the way of genuine and substantial progress. As a therapist and holistic life coach, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential through growth in all aspects of your life. 

While we can't change the past, we can work together to understand better and resolve challenges in life.
